I have been a meeting planner for over 20 years and have used a number of properties in Cancun including this hotels when it was the Caesar Park and the Hilton. What Iberostar has done has taken the best of what was de EP plan and fused in the best all inclusive plan without overlooking the needs of a serious meeting planner! Fernando and his staff are great and Ismael Ayala Perez could not have been better. His attention to detail and his work effort far exceed ANY hotel in the area. It’s great that Iberostar does not lose the Mexican charm and hospitality the locals bring to their work. Most European owners bring in their own people and in my experience that never works. Kudos to this hotel for its direction and leadership in the market!
Hola! I wanted to send a message of thanks on behalf of my wife and I for our recent stay (Jan 2nd 2013 - Jan 8th 2013).
Firstly, we did engage in one excursion, but we would have been perfectly happy staying on the resort the entire time.
Secondly, in addition to the excellent food, the top tier amenities, the delicious drinks, wonderful shows and phenomenal room we stayed in, what really sets Iberostar apart from all of the other resorts we've experienced was your staff/people. The folks you have employed at Iberostar are second to none, including Walt Disney Resorts. Everyone we met gave us a warm smile, helped us in any way they could, and were some of the nicest folks you could ever meet. The people at your resort made this the best vacation we have ever had. Nobody even made fun of me for speaking Spanish as it is ‘muy horrible’, and helped me to pronounce things when I needed it!
Lastly, please commend your excellent staff, and we are looking forward coming back soon!Muchas, Muchas Gracias!!!!
My leisure visit of your property went smoothly. The front desk staff was very helpful and knew right away the purpose of my visit. I asked the Groups Director for recommendations on the restaurant before we went – specifically which one was more romantic. December 10 was my 5th wedding anniversary with my husband.
He recommended that we go to the Japanese restaurant. We enjoyed the restaurant and thought the food was great. After the Japanese Restaurant dinner; we headed to the Buffet restaurant and tried different kinds of desserts. That one we enjoyed; we were seated in a corner and the servers were attentive and the front door staff warmly greeted us (not to mention the various desserts offered were quite an experience).Thanks for hosting me and my husband. We appreciate your hospitality.
Just a quick note to say thank you for the wonderful stay that my group had.
I would like you to know that everything went so well that they want to come back next year.
They asked me for rates after being there only a day....by the end of their stay they were
begging me to come back. I have been doing this group for 15 years and it is very rare for them to insist on going back to a property.
The Groups Coordinator did such a wonderful job. He made sure that everything I needed for the conference was there, including running around looking for magic markers. He took care to be sure that the meeting room was the temperature I needed, and to have the audiovisual people at my disposal. He was also very easy to contact for any needs before I arrived and also during my stay. I really appreciated that.
I am sure that he also worked hard with the Front Desk Manager to be sure that all room requests were honored as best as could be. Check in went smooth and my clients were happy. All went very well, and that made my job easier.
The staff at the hotel in general were wonderful, I thank you all so much.I am looking forward to returning with my group, and I have no worries that my other clients will also be treated well and want to go back to Iberostar Cancun!
Thank you for all the little details that you had for my group in Cancun. The entire group was very satisfied, especially the idea of offering the towels and water for the tour to Isla Mujeres, they really enjoyed that. Additionally, the rooms that we stayed in were great and the wake up calls to the rooms all functioned well. Thank you very much.
